ALS Radon & Environmental completed a radon gas mitigation system at a residential property in Three Rivers, MI. A sub-slab depressurization system was used on this home. Schedule 40 piping was run from the inside extraction point to the exterior. The radon fan was installed where the homeowner chose and vented above the roof line.

This is an good example of crack sealing completed on a radon mitigation project. It is important to seal all areas of the concrete slab and/or foundation to seal off radon entry points. 

Dual suction points. One for the concrete slab and the other for the concrete addition crawlspace. 

Here is a before and after photoshoot detailing a radon extraction point installed by ALS Property Associates, Inc. in Otsego, MI. This system ended up having (3) radon extraction points.
