I recently had Jeremy from Twin Cities Radon do the Mitigation work in my home. I called 3 other contractors and they wanted to figure it out when they came to do the job and just gave me the price over the phone. Price was not a concern for me as they were all within a few hundred dollars of each other. What mattered most was that I felt confident in the person doing the work. Jeremy took the time to come out 2 weeks ahead of the job so he knew exactly what he was getting into. I appreciated that and it gave me the confidence I needed that he would do it right and get my radon levels under 2. I also liked that he was the one coming back to do the work and not sending someone else. I knew I made the right decision when I told him he could have the job. At this point I was buying Jeremy more than I was a mitigation system. I was impressed with the fact that he did everything he said he was going to and explained it very well in advance. I had a lot of questions and called him a few times after his first visit. He always took the calls and explained everything in detail. The day of the job he arrived promptly at 9am as he said he would. The job went very well and he was done by 3pm. I was very impressed with the clean up he did. Would have never known someone had been here drilling and doing all that he did. So many contractors fall short on some of these things and it lowers my confidence in them and their work. I did the 2 day radon test and Jeremy promptly emailed the results. I was pleased to see my radon levels both upstairs and downstairs were 0.5. When I first started looking into what was involved with doing the Mitigation System last month it all seemed overwhelming to me. Once I made contact with Jeremy I realized that in the hands of an expert this was no big deal. It was a problem that could easily be corrected if you were working with a seasoned professional that knew exactly what they were doing. My Veterinarian in Watertown was very pleased with Twin Cities Radon and had recommended them to me. I too would highly recommend Jeremy and Twin Cities Radon to anyone who needs a Mitigation System in their home. Thanks for your professionalism, your high quality of work and your follow through with every detail as you promised. You are a man of your word and that speaks volumes for your company.
