This client was struggling communicating his budget concerns with us the first time he inquired but when we discussed our financing options, he was really happy as it fits his payment abilities. He immediately booked a radon mitigation installation for his beloved home.

Work from home has commonly been around since the pandemic. This couple from Council Bluffs, Iowa had a tight budget since the husband had a shift in career. Since he will be starting to work from home in the basement, he needed additional protection from radon exposure and called Radon Defense Midwest. The install was pretty simple since they really had a huge basement with space to work on. 

The customer just bought this home and was suggested by his real estate agent to have his home a radon mitigation system. He did not had any second thoughts and automatically called us to have one installed. 

These homeowners wanted to make sure their work space is space since they are working in the basement. They spend most of their time there. This was an easy install. 

This client had their home for sale, he just wants to make sure that the new owner moving in would not have any radon exposure issues. Happy with the install.
