This wise couple decided to install a radon mitigation system to create a safe haven for the whole family. They're thrilled to watch as they know the levels would go down by the day. Everything went well and they were really happy.
This client had a CRM (Continuous Radon Monitor) and the levels were consistently at 15. He wanted that go lower so he can have peace of mind. He mentioned to the team before booking he is planning to remove a chlorine tank so they can start from there. The team agreed and they made a core for the foundation of the fan. There was a custom Breathe EZ filter added for protection. Upon talking to the client on the phone he was so excited about all our services and is wanting to refer friends and family.
This client has his own continuous radon monitor and results show it's on 15. He wanted to mitigate and did not want that to go any higher. He is removing a chlorine tank so we can put one point there then core out side of foundation for the radon fan. Second point will need to route up along ceiling and partition wall in middle of basement over to storage room then into floor by foundation next to black shelf. They also added Breathe EZ into the mix. The client and his wife were really excited about all our services so we promised to take good care of them. They were really happy with the experience.
Ryan and his family moved in a few months ago at this modern home and learned that radon levels were high at 18 so they have health concerns. Ryan works from home and in the IT industry. His main concern was for his family's protection and no further symptoms due to exposure. The installation began with the crawlspace under the sun room and added a Breathe EZ ERV along. He was happy with the outcome.
Met with Haley and Josh virtually. They just bought this very large and old house and in the process of doing renovations. They wanted to make sure their whole family is protected and no future health concerns coming. They had a radon test, returned with levels of 16. That's pretty high. The installation will start with the large open basement with HVAC room in second chamber, a cellar that is 8'x20 that may need to be addressed with a third point. Exit side of house, install fan with cover and route up. They were happy how it turned out!
