This was a fan replacement and a Breathe EZ filter installation. This was a repeat client and the Radon Defense Midwest team had serviced most of her properties for rental. She was extremely happy with the service and the client is not hard to talk to. She also helps with the process. It's a fulfilling installation project! 

This was crawlspace encapsulation project since there was a musty smell coming from it and the client was worried about the moisture. He was also starting to see some bugs crawling in so he made the decision to have this encapsulated for better protection of his home. 

This was a commercial project for a school area. The owner had a radon test in the area and levels turned out to be around 9 in both pre-school rooms. This client was recommended by his church member and is a big fan of our projects. A discount was applied since he is considered an amazing referral and would definitely recommend us to his friends and family!

This client was really decided to have her home protected from radon. She even financed the whole project in cash. Her home had three small crawlspaces with one having a large drop off on each side. The opening to the second crawlspace on the right is bigger than the one directly in front of the root cellar door area. There was a lot of debris upon opening and she insisted to remove it for a smooth installation. Everything went well. 

This lovely family had a high level of radon in their home, and they were worried about the impact on their health. They contacted Radon Defense Midwest, and the team installed a mitigation system. The levels dropped significantly, and the family was relieved to have a safe living environment.
