The homeowner thought it would be a challenge for our team to create a crawl space for the radon mitigation to be built but there is no location or limitation of space that our team cannot handle! 

The client and her family were planning to sell their home, but they discovered that the radon levels were high. They contacted Radon Defense Midwest, and the team installed a mitigation system. The levels dropped to safe levels, and they are now confident to sell their home without any issues. We did advise that homes with radon mitigation systems are sold faster versus the ones without. 

The client was well aware of radon and is scared by its future effects if left uncontrolled. So he made the decision to test, mitigate and contact his local radon mitigation specialists (us). We were able to explain how the installation process would be and he agreed to it. We were able to install a single-point system around the eave with a sub-slab extraction point. 

This client has just purchased a new home and wanted to ensure that it was free from any potential health hazards. He contacted Radon Defense Midwest and had a mitigation system installed since he realized what radon can do to the body. The team was efficient and professional, and the client was happy to see the radon levels drop to safe levels.

This client had their home scheduled for a general cleaning as they are thinking about giving it up for rental as an extra passive income. The team observed their crawlspace and it wasn't really a pretty sight to they did what they had to do and clean it. The encapsulation was a smooth success! Client was happy.
