This nice client was shocked to discover high levels of radon in their home after a series of radon testing. They quickly contacted us to get a radon mitigation system installed as they spend most of their time indoors nowadays. They are aware that lowering their levels makes them safe and protected from radon. 

Caring homeowner wanted to protect her home from high radon exposure and decided to get our services which they are clearly satisfied with the results! 

This client's home was a simple installation as per his request. He is aware on how Indoor Air Quality works and how it is beneficial to health. It's the main reason why he got himself his own radon mitigation system.

This job was quite a challenge since it was a complicated installation. Our team has some difficulty looking for a better routing system for the ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator) but we still made sure the options are discussed with the customer. We were able to find a work around with the routing and the customer was happy about it since they are to build a shelf at some point. The home had a very interesting design and basement structure. All went smoothly! 

This home has multiple chambers and we addressed the tight crawlspaces along with the north half basement with extraction points. We did show a proposal to the customer and explained that it would be good to locate the fan on the back of the house rather than it being in the neighbor's driveway side. The customer agreed and everything went well.
