New Home Radon Mitigation: Creating a Safe Space for Family and Future Generations

After moving into their newly built home about a year ago, a couple discovered high radon levels during routine testing—readings hovered around 13 pCi/L. With plans to finish the lower level soon and grandkids frequently visiting, they knew mitigation was a priority. A custom radon system was installed to address the elevated levels before any additional construction began. By taking action early, they not only protected the health of their family but also set a strong foundation for a safe and comfortable future living space. With the peace of mind that their home’s air quality is now under control, they can move forward with finishing their lower level—and enjoy visits from their grandchildren without worry.
