This was a huge home with a big backyard. The homeowners tested for radon but returned low levels. Regardless of their result, they were really worried that a surge of levels might happen in the future so it's better to be safe than sorry. Well, whatever they believe in, is true. Good decision!
Met with Sharon and Don who are both retired. Don likes to fish and is a Husker fan and used to be in the Air Force. What they have is a split entry home with finished basement and small HVAC room. The team tested and detected levels of 15.6 and Sharon was more concerned with radon but wanted to also address in case of a future sale. Now, that's a good move!
The client wanted to make sure her home was safe from radon exposure. Upon installation, we made sure the pipe inside the wall will get easier access outside away from the gas meter since the customer's foundation wall was a challenge. Customer agreed to have her home tested too.
This client's basement was unfinished so we needed to make sure the fitting was right and needed the client to be aware of how it would be initially. We did install a legend fan and domed sump cover. Customer was pleased on how it went.
This was an amazing installation since the area of the home really had some space to work on. We were able to address all points of extraction along with the exit points. Customer was really happy!
