A homeowner in Lexington, Massachusetts, had a sump pump in their basement fail. They reached out to EFS and our Service Technician met with the homeowner. The tech looked a the sump and due to old age and constant use, the pump had burnt out and failed. Our technician replaced the pump and also recommended installing 14 feet of WaterGuard into the basement to add a level of protection to the basement.
Our installation team arrived at the home and chipped out 14 feet of concrete so we could install the WaterGuard. The drainage was then integrated into the TripleSafe so the pump would remove any water that entered the system.

A homeowner in Sandown, New Hampshire, had purchased their late 1800s home about a year ago and had seen water enter the basement during this past winter.
