They called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing a full perimeter drainage system in the basement.
Our Installation Team installed 124' of WaterGuard to the perimeter of the basement and integrated the system into the existing TripleSafe. Now when water enters the WaterGuard the water will be guided to the TripleSafe and the sump pump will pump the water out of the home.
