Basement Waterproofing in Seabrook, NH

In Seabrook, NH, a homeowner faced water intrusion issues in their basement bedroom due to leaks entering through the bulkhead entrance and three cold joints, putting the space at risk of damage and affecting comfort for their grandchildren. We installed WaterGuard for an efficient sub-floor drainage solution, leading the water to our reliable TripleSafe Sump Pump system. The IceGuard ensures water escapes even if temperatures drop, and the SaniDry Sedona keeps humidity in check. Our permanent solutions transformed this basement into a safe, dry, and inviting space for family gatherings.

WaterGuard Installation, Hampton, NH

A homeowner in Hampton, New Hampshire, had an existing TripleSafe in their basement that wasn't able to collect water that seeped onto the basement floor. The homeowners were tired of cleaning up water that has collected in their basement. They called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing a full perimeter drainage system in the basement.

Our Installation Team installed 124' of WaterGuard to the perimeter of the basement and integrated the system into the existing TripleSafe. Now when water enters the WaterGuard the water will be guided to the TripleSafe and the sump pump will pump the water out of the home.
