A homeowner in Portsmouth, New Hampshire recently bought a home and wanted to finish his floors on the first floor. He noticed that the floors were crooked, and wanted to make sure the foundation was strong and supportive before getting any flooring work done.

A Design Specialist completed a free inspection of the home and noticed some issues with the crawl space. The Lally columns were not properly supporting the home and the crawl space was very damp.
