A homeowner in Mont Vernon, New Hampshire had built their home 10 years ago. Recently they have seen a couple of vertical cracks forming in their basement. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist Victor recommended installing Crack Injection into the cracks in the basement. Our team installed our 2-step Crack Injection to multiple cracks in their basement to prevent water from entering their basement anymore. 

This homeowner in Ayer, Massachusetts was experiencing water coming into their basement. The water was entering their basement from an unknown location beneath the slab. There are no cracks in the foundation, no cracks in the floor, and no cracks in the ceiling but the water was still coming in. Design Specialist Michael Bradley came to Charline's home and inspected the home's lally columns. After inspecting the home, Michael proposed replacing the lally columns with more lally columns instead of replacing them with Smart Jacks.
