The owner of a Bed & Breakfast in Bristol, New Hampshire, hosted a wedding that our Project Manager Nate Erickson attended for a family member. Nate had noticed some foundation problems while attending the wedding and decided to leave his business card with the staff of the B&B. The owners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our design specialist recommended installing Geolocks, Push Piers, NexusPro, and PolyLevel to repair the foundation wall.

A homeowner in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, moved into their home last October. The previous homeowners noted before they sold the home that there was a crack in the foundation wall behind the garage. The new homeowner decided they wanted to fix the issues before they got any worse so they called EFS for a free inspection of their foundation. Our Design Specialist inspected the entire foundation and recommended installing 3 Geolocks onto the back wall of the garage foundation to straighten and stabilize the foundation wall. 

In Fitchburg, MA, concerned homeowners contacted us as they noticed their floors were sagging, compromising the structural integrity of their home - a situation further urgent with a new baby in the picture, highlighting their need to secure their investment and ensure their family's safety. As seen in the before photo, the original support columns were inadequate. However, after introducing SmartJack, as illustrated in the after photo, the transformation is undeniable. We've not only stabilized the floors but effectively fortified them for the long term, ensuring the family's home is safe and sound.

Before and after look at a foundation wall crack. The crack was behind a finished wall in the home's basement, so drywall needed to be removed in order to access the crack. The foundation crack was sealed with a polyurethane injection, a foam material that quickly expands within the crack and effectively seals it all the way through. On the surface of the crack, an waterproof epoxy, NexusPro, is applied to further protect against seeping water.

In this Hill, NH crawl space repair project, the homeowner faced a challenge with a loose fieldstone support base. This caused cracks in their chimney hearth and sagging of the entire house. Our team at Erickson Foundation Solutions stabilized the floors by installing SmartJacks and utilized the PolyLevel system to free spray the foundation. These solutions reinforced the structural integrity and maintained the original elevation of the floors above.
