The owner of a heirloom home in Concord, New Hampshire wanted to make sure their home 1850s home would be able to be structurally sound for the next 150 years. The owner of the home decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist recommended some foundation repair solutions to add stability to the interior and exterior of the home. We recommended installing two sections of Masonry Block Walls to add strength to a section of the foundation wall that was beginning to fail. 

A homeowner in Concord, New Hampshire purchased their 1900s home in 2016 and had steadily renovated and upgraded items around the home. They wanted to stabilize the floor system in the home so they called EFS for a free inspection. This homeowner in Pepperell, Massachusetts had an issue with sagging floors in their house. They wanted new lally columns to help support the floor. They decided to give Erickson Foundation Supportworks a call and they set up an appointment. 

Brian Allen was the Design Specialist on this project. Brian came to their home and walked them through some options to reverse the effects of sagging floors. Brian recommended that the homeowners use SmartJacks to support their floors. Jon Provost was the Crew Lead on this project. Jon and his crew successfully installed the SmartJacks in the homeowner's basement. The SmartJacks made it so the floor was no longer sagging anymore.
