A homeowner in Merrimack, New Hampshire, had the concrete around their pool redone and didn't like the results. They wanted to have the pool deck re-pitched. The homeowner reached out to EFS and our design specialist recommended PolyLevel to fix the pitch of the pool deck. 

A homeowner in Merrimack, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for the past 21 years. In the last year, they have noticed a crack stemming off of the egress window in the basement. Over the last year, the crack had gotten worse and worse and the homeowners would like to find a solution for the crack. The crack has yet to leak but the homeowner doesn't want to wait until it starts leaking to find a solution for it. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our design specialist recommended installing FlexiSpan to cover the crack and prevent water from entering the basement if that crack would ever leak. The team attached a crack monitor to track if the crack was still active or not. 

This homeowner had seen the support posts on their covered porch sink and have a window crack. The homeowner wanted to have the supports replaced so they reached out to EFS. We recommended installing and replacing the 2 old supports with 2 EZ posts to support the covered porch.

Over the year and a half they have lived in the home they have seen the crack get worse. Now worried about their foundation they called EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and inspected the foundation of the home and recommended a solution to stabilize the foundation under the back porch. Our solution was to install 3 Push Piers at the footing of the foundation and then install 3 Geolock on the foundation wall to prevent further cracking.
