Condos Walkway Needs Repair, Nashua, NH

A condo association in Nashua, New Hampshire, had noticed some of their walkways were cracked and sunken. They wanted to repair the walkways so no injuries could result from the tripping hazard. Our design specialist recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro to the walkway to lift, level, and seal the walkway.

The town of Nashua reached out to EFS to look at a utility slab in their town that has sunken and dirt has covered the corners of the slab. Our Design Specialist examined the slab and recommended installing PolyLevel under the slab to lift and level it.

Our Installation Team sprayed Poly beneath the slab to lift and level it.

Erickson Foundation Supportworks installed PowerBrace wall supports to stabilize the wall, and can also be tightened over time to slightly straighten the wall. The cracks were then also sealed.

SmartJacks Installation, Nashua, NH

This homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire, was experiencing some sagging on the main level of their home. In their basement, they have some lally columns supporting the main beam then they have some 2x6 pieces of wood supporting another beam. They were looking to replace the pieces of wood with actual supports. Design Specialist David Cormier came to the home and inspected the basement and confirmed that they should replace the wooden supports for more advanced structural supports. He proposed to the homeowners installing SmartJacks. Crew Lead Nick Carelli and his crew installed two SmartJacks where the wooden supports were.
