In the before photo, notice the cracked, bowing retaining wall in Billerica, MA, compromising safety and parking space integrity. The homeowner reached out to us at Erickson Foundation Solutions to restore stability. We installed the GeoLock Wall Anchor System®, a solution directly addressing structural concerns affecting such retaining walls. Our heavy-duty steel earth anchors ensure further inward movement is securely halted, restoring both safety and property value. Installing these anchors typically takes one day, offering immediate reinforcement and long-term peace of mind. Mark the difference in stability between before and after.
A homeowner in Chester, New Hampshire was experiencing cracking, sinking, and water drainage issues on their concrete surface. This homeowner decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection.
A Design Specialist from EFS came out to the home and inspected their concrete surface. The Design Specialist recommended that the homeowner have EFS install PolyLevel and NexusPro to alleviate the cracking and water drainage issues.
Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team came to the home and first injected PolyLevel under the sinking concrete slab. Next, the crew made sure the water can drain properly. Finally, they used NexusPro to seal all of the cracks in the concrete.
In the future, the homeowners have a plan to use EFS to resurface the concrete to make it look more appealing.
This homeowner had a large foundation wall crack in their basement. To effectively seal it, we first injected a polyurethane sealant, which expands as a foam inside the crack. The surface of the crack is then sealed with an epoxy. This two part system is guaranteed to stop any leaks and prevent any water damage. A crack monitor is also installed to help monitor any future foundation wall movement.
