A new homeowner in Pelham, New Hampshire, had recently purchased their home in May 2022. Since they purchased their home the homeowners were worried about the radon levels in the home. The radon levels were tested within the home and the results confirmed the homeowner's worry. The radon levels in the home were 9 pCi/L which is high. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free radon inspection, and our design specialist recommended installing a radon mitigation system into the home to reduce the levels of radon in their home. Our team installed a radon mitigation system in the home and the system reduced the levels of radon in the home.

This homeowner in Lowell, Massachusetts has been living in their home for the past 13 years and saw that the next-door neighbor had gotten a radon mitigation system installed in their home. The next-door neighbor got a system installed because all of their cats had gotten tumors. The homeowner took that as a sign to think about installing a radon mitigation system into their home. The homeowner decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free radon inspection. 

Design Specialist John Prince arrived at the home and administered a radon test in their home. The test results came back reading 33 pCi/L. This reading is high and John recommended a radon mitigation system to be installed in the basement. 

Crew Lead Branden Edwards and Installation Specialist Kyle DeChane arrived at the home and installed a radon mitigation system into the basement to reduce the high levels of radon in their home. 

This homeowner in Lowell, Massachusetts, has lived at the residence for over 10 years. They have periodically tested the home for radon but this year the levels were noticeably higher than normal. They called EFS for an inspection of the basement to have our Design Specialist create a design for a radon system in their home. 

Our installation team installed the radon system into the home with a single radon extraction point and fan to pull radon-filled air out of the home. 

This homeowner in Alton Bay, New Hampshire has a system that takes radon out of their water. The homeowners would like to stay in this home forever and are trying to make this home as healthy as possible. They wanted to look into installing a radon mitigation system into their home. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Jason Vachon dropped off a CRM test that will monitor the levels of radon in a home a day or so. When Jason arrived on the day of the appointment he went to the basement and collected the results from the CRM and found that the results of the test are around 7 pCi/L. Jason recommended installing a radon mitigation system.

Crew Lead Dillon Kingsbury and his team arrived at the home and installed a radon mitigation system. 

This homeowner in Dracut, Massachusetts had high radon levels in their home. Design Specialist Brian Allen came to the home and proposed a radon system to the homeowners. Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team installed a radon system that will permanently bring down the radon levels.
