The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our design specialist recommended installing Helical Piers and PolyLevel to the foundation to stop the foundation from settling. The team installed 6 Helical Piers to the foundation footing and PolyLevel over the piers to stabilize the foundation. 

This homeowner in Epping, New Hampshire had called EFS to address water concerns in their basement. During the installation of their new waterproofing system, our team notified the homeowner that the block foundation wall in the basement was leaning inward. Our team recommended installing 4 PowerBraces against the foundation wall to stabilize and gradually straighten the foundation walls.

This condo complex had structural issues due to bowing walls and sagging beams in the basement. In the first photo, you can see how the wall bows out at the bottom of the wall and the sagging beams at the top. After Erickson Foundation Supportworks completed the job, you can see in the second photo the added PowerBraces and new SmartJacks that were added. With these added features, the wall is now permanently stabilized and won't ever move again.
