In Salem, NH, the foundation flooring issue seen here stemmed from failing temporary lally columns in the crawl space. As you can see, these columns were insufficient for providing the necessary support for the floors above. Utilizing our SmartJack® System, we replaced the inadequate support, which effectively stabilized the structure and ensured long-term reliability. Our solution involved installing galvanized steel SmartJacks to boost structural integrity and minimize floor bounce. Our trusted system offers the robust, permanent solution homeowners need for a stable foundation in their crawl space.

We utilized SilverGlo™, TerraBlock™, and CleanSpace® systems to provide comprehensive insulation and moisture barriers, restoring stability and creating a clean, dry environment below the home.
This homeowner in Northwood, New Hampshire, had Erickson Foundation Solutions come out to their home a couple of years ago to repair their foundation wall that had cracked and bowed. This time the bowing was occurring on the other side of the foundation. The same Design Specialist came back out to the home and inspected the other side of the basement. We recommended installing 8 more PowerBraces to the other side of the foundation to straighten the wall and stabilize the foundation wall.
Our installation team installed the 8 PowerBraces on the opposite side of the basement where the previous 8 PowerBraces were installed. The team stabilized and straightened the foundation wall by tightening the PowerBraces against the wall.
