Sagging Floor Repair in Wolfeboro, NH
Before: Failing lally columns in this Wolfeboro, NH crawl space had allowed the main support beam to settle, leaving floor joists without proper structural support. As the beam sank over time, the homeowners began experiencing uneven and sagging floors throughout the home.
After: Erickson Foundation Solutions installed a supplemental steel beam and a SmartJack® support system to permanently stabilize the floor structure. The adjustable SmartJacks were carefully positioned and set on engineered bases to support the beam, restore proper load distribution, and help lift the floors closer to their original level. Deck Supports, Sandown, NH
The original deck supports on this home in Sandown were sinking and shifting. The original concrete sono tubes they were installed on were unstable due to shifting soils. These failing supports were replaced with EZ Post helical piers. Installed at depths of 8', these new supports will not shift or sink.
Vertical Crack in Foundation, Sandown, NH
