A homeowner in Weymouth, Massachusetts was concerned with his concrete walkway sinking. Sinkage had begun a few years back and was starting to get worse. Looking to permanently stabilize the concrete, he reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions.

Our Design Specialist, Jim Meglio, recommended installing PolyLevel to lift and level the walkway. The polyurethane foam was injected underneath the concrete, filling voids that were created from soil settling over time. Our installation crew was able to bring that concrete back to its original state in just a little over an hour. It is also worth noting that the white stain marks shown in the after-photo wash away very shortly after installation.

A much more attractive walkway has been created. The homeowner was very happy with the result!

A homeowner in Stratham, New Hampshire, had purchased a home in 2018 that was built in the same year. In 2022 the homeowners had found cracks in the foundation and wanted to repair the cracks before they got any worse. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection, and our design specialist recommended using PowerBraces to stabilize the foundation wall. 

A homeowner in Somersworth, Massachusetts, had some cracks in their foundation that they are concerned about. One year ago the home had the main beam replaced, and since then they have seen cracks in the foundation. Our team installed PowerBraces and SmartJacks into the basement to add support to the home.
