Daniel called EFS to see if they could repair his pool deck. Design Specialist John Prince came to the home and inspected the pool deck to see what specifically Daniel would like to be done. After gathering up what Daniel wanted, John proposed that the crew seal the cracks in the concrete and then resurface the whole deck to give it a nice new look. 

Crew Lead Jon Provost and his team came to the home and did exactly what was proposed. Jon sealed all the cracks and then resurfaced the whole deck. 

This homeowner in Saugus, Massachusetts, purchased their home this year but hasn't moved into the home yet because of some foundation concerns. They called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese inspected their foundation and recommended installing 12 Push Piers to the right side of their home. The Push Piers will stabilize the foundation by sending 3' sections of galvanized steel beneath the home until sufficient pressure was achieved.
