In Haverhill, MA, a homeowner reached out to us while renovating their home to tackle an underlying issue: unstable floors caused by weak wooden posts in their crawl space. As you can see in the before photo, these supports compromised the stability of their home. We addressed this by installing the SmartJack® System. This robust solution, visible in the after photo, uses galvanized steel columns on a 12-inch steel base to stabilize floor joists and beams effectively. The adjustable design also corrected the floor elevation, providing an enduring fix.

This home in North Andover, MA had a large crack in the foundation. The homewoners were concerned, so Erickson Foundation Supportworks sealed it with a polyurethane injection, a foam material that quickly expands within the crack and effectively seals it up. Bobby V. of North Andover, Massachusetts was experiencing cracking in and around his garage. The garage floor and some areas outside are cracking and required repair. Bobby decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection. Design Specialist Michael Bradley came to the home and inspected the garage to see what can be done with the cracks. Michael proposed that all the cracks be sealed using Crack Seal.

This homeowner in North Andover, Massachusetts had settlement issues when he purchased the home in 1996. When they first moved in the homeowners installed wooden supports under their kitchen because that is where most of the settlement was occurring. Over 25 years later the same issue is happening in the same spot. The homeowners had just renovated their kitchen. They had just added a big island and some new tile floors. They knew that this was going to add more weight above those wooden supports. This time the homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
