Basement Crack Seal, Milford, NH

This homeowner in Milford, NH was concerned with a crack they discovered in their basement foundation wall beneath a cast iron drainage pipe. The crack had been there for several years, however over the past year had started leaking small amounts of water. Not wanting the problem to get worse, they reached out to our Erickson team for a solution.

Our design specialist, Anthony, was able to determine there was no movement or deflection in the concrete wall itself. The amount of water coming in through the crack also did not warrant a perimeter waterproofing system. The best solution was for this type of crack was Flexispan crack seal. The homeowner was pleased with the proposal and explanation from Anthony, and hired our Erickson team for the repairs. Our service technician, Branden Edwards, completed the Flexispan installation in half a day, and also recommended a SaniDry dehumidifier for the basement since the humidity rating was above 70%.

After a clear design and installation process, and the crack being properly sealed, the homeowner was very pleased with the results.
