Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa arrived at the home and inspected the basement. He found the cracks that were allowing water to enter the basement. He also found an old sump pump that was having trouble keeping up. Michael recommended resealing the cracks in the basement and then installing a new sump pump to keep the basement dry.

Our service technician, Branden Edwards, completed the Flexispan installation in half a day, and also recommended a SaniDry dehumidifier for the basement since the humidity rating was above 70%.

After a clear design and installation process, and the crack being properly sealed, the homeowner was very pleased with the results.
