Radon Gas Mitigation, Sherborn, MA

A homeowner in Sherborn, Massachusetts, had lived in their home for 6 years. Their neighbors one day knocked on the door to tell them that they had installed a radon mitigation system in their home because they had higher than recommended radon levels. The homeowner decided to get their home tested after their neighbors stopped by. The levels in their home tested at 5.8 pCi/L so they decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist recommended and designed a radon mitigation system to install in their home. 

Our installation team installed a radon mitigation system into the home and lowered the radon levels from 5.8 pCi/L to below 4.0 pCi/L.

This homeowner in Acton, Massachusetts had recently learned about the harmful effects of radon. They would like to have their house tested for radon. They would like to be conscious of their long-term health, so they decided to call EFS for a test and a free inspection.

Homeowner Recently Learned About the Harmfulness of Radon, Acton, MA

A homeowner in Acton, Massachusetts, had recently talked with some friends who had a radon system installed in their home. The homeowner decided to do some radon research and learned about its harmfulness to the human body. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our design specialist recommended installing 2 radon fans with 3 total extraction points in the home. The two radon systems will collect radon gas from under the home and remove it and send it up into the atmosphere where it can dissipate into the air. 

High Radon Levels in Town Building, Andover, NH

A town building in Andover, New Hampshire, had high radon levels that exceeded 30 pCi/L. The town contacted EFS for an inspection of its building and our Design Specialist recommended lowering the radon levels in the building by installing 3 radon fans along with additional products to prevent radon from seeping through the slab in the basement.

A town building in Andover, New Hampshire, has high radon levels. The radon levels in the building were averaging above 30 pCi/L which is cause for concern. Our Design Specialist recommended installing CleanSpace, NexusPro, and an ERV in the basement to prevent radon from seeping through into the buildings breathable air. These paired with the radon fans will lower the radon levels to healthy levels.
