Our team noted that along with building codes requiring finished basement living areas to have an emergency egress, they must also have a large window well with a step in it outside the egress window. The installation crew installed our Rockwell egress window and window well. The window well features built in steps for an easy exit in case of emergency, as well as a sleek and durable cover to prevent debris from entering the well.

The two systems were able to keep the basement dry and the air fresh.
