Dehumidifier installation scheduled. Called 15 minutes prior. Arrived promptly. Anthony & Angel were very professional and explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. Erickson installed a perimeter trench in our basement, as well a vertical drain under our basement window well. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. The also redid our window well with new rocks and back and cover. It looks beautiful and is a huge improvement from what we previously had. I highly recommend this company to others, they are professional and very skilled in their work.

I had a great dehumidifier installed with tubing to outside so that I do not have to empty it. The install was taken care of very quickly and I was very pleased.

I can’t begin to explain how amazing this young man was. I have a finished basement and my sump pumps had failed in the middle of the night. My alarm went off and I was in a panic I was going to flood. I called the emergency phone number at 1:30am and a young man had answered in 2 rings. He seemed wide awake. I told him my problem and he told me he would be there in 1 hour. He showed up before that and was so kind and courteous. He was able to replace my failed equipment right then and there which I couldn’t believe. He even took the time to explain to me the system I had it place. He was such an amazing boy. I can’t begin to explain the peace of mind this boy gave me. I felt so bad for him having to come out at such a late hour knowing he had to work in the morning. Whoever he is I hope he gets to see this review and I hope the company realizes how much of an asset he is.

Had the Sanidry system installed in my basement/garage. The crew (Melvin H., Anthony V, and Angel P) were very professional. They arrived on time and completed the job within the allocated time. I appreciated that they were able to undercut a doorjamb vs cutting the doorjamb and removing a wall. This helped maintain the integrity of my basement and garage. The guys took the time to walk me through the project and installed system after completion.
