We had a contract with Erickson to do some work in our basement which we had to cancel when we sold our house. (The new owners wanted to wait to do the work.) Erickson returned our deposit without hesitation. From start to finish, everyone we have dealt with at Erickson has been very professional. If we ever need this sort of work done again, we would most definitely use Erickson. 

Jason was very personable and had a lot of knowledge on it. I have a small basement and he is a tall guy so he actually had to sit on the ground to do the inspection. Not everyone would do that. I thought he was just great.

Scott, the sales consultant was fabulous, responsive and understanding. Gilberto, Angel, Jeff & Brian (the technicians) were communicative, skilled, polite and neat. Nate, the finisher bent over backwards, neat, polite, and skilled. The office admin was communicative, fair and polite. GREAT company to work with starting with 1st contact with Scott. Worked thru bumps easily and with much satisfaction. A great company for a homeowner to work with.

I just had the most amazing technician leave my house. I called with an emergency because my pump had died. I was so worried I was going to flood. I was told someone would be out later tonight after 5:00pm. The technician called and said he could be there in just 2 hours. I watched him as he changed the pump out and he worked so quickly yet efficiently. As he changed out the pump he explained the system to me and how it functions. Every time he went to the van and back he would wipe this feet before entering my home and always closed the door behind him. Very professional and clearly a great asset to the company. Would have him back out here in a heartbeat.

I can’t begin to explain how amazing this young man was. I have a finished basement and my sump pumps had failed in the middle of the night. My alarm went off and I was in a panic I was going to flood. I called the emergency phone number at 1:30am and a young man had answered in 2 rings. He seemed wide awake. I told him my problem and he told me he would be there in 1 hour. He showed up before that and was so kind and courteous. He was able to replace my failed equipment right then and there which I couldn’t believe. He even took the time to explain to me the system I had it place. He was such an amazing boy. I can’t begin to explain the peace of mind this boy gave me. I felt so bad for him having to come out at such a late hour knowing he had to work in the morning. Whoever he is I hope he gets to see this review and I hope the company realizes how much of an asset he is.

Fantastic customer service and great professionals conducting the estimate and performing the work. I appreciated the explanations of my options and when the concrete repairs were completed, the work was expertly explained with guidance for follow-ups as needed. I had a wonderful experience with your company on a number of occasions. First of all it all starts with the ladies who answer the phones, they are always so friendly and upbeat and handle questions fully and expeditiously. Next, I dealt with one of your sales reps, Tom Armano, on pricing the installation of two basement egress windows and he was outstanding to deal with and went above and beyond in offering to help with any questions I had on his own time. Finally, my experience with Justin inspecting and ultimately replacing a number of sump pumps and a battery system was outstanding. The manner in which he conducted himself and took as much time as necessary to thoroughly educate me and put me at ease was greatly appreciated. Both Tom and Justin were friendly and upbeat as the office staff. Kudos to Roger the service manager who also took the time to speak to me, same experience as I had with everyone else. 

From the original scoping and estimate process, to the install work and addition work requested afterwards, the entire team were responsive, friendly and professional. Brian, Melvin and the rest of the crew made the project day hassle free for me. When I needed additional work done, Roger assisted with getting it scheduled quickly and Justin was super friendly and helpful, worked efficiently and got everything taken care of. Would recommend to others needing sump pump installation or foundation work.

I had Erickson Foundation Systems install a basement waterproofing system this week. The crew which included (Foreman- Anthony Rivas), Melvin Hidalgo and George and Justin Gouthier did an amazing job. They were very professional and answered every question or concern I had. I would highly recommend Erickson to anyone looking for a solution to their problem with water issues in their basement.

So I want to thank the salesman Branden, as well as the workers Rivas (Anthony), George and Justin for a wonderful job they did in my basement. I give 5 stars, but if I could give 10 I would. And also their kind and helpful customer service people as well, thank you so much.

Justin came to check our system. He was super friendly and explained everything very well. He went through the pump, told us how it worked, he cleaned out the grates and showed us how to get the grates up. I hope he’ll be back next year when we call for the yearly check.
