I reside in Chestnut Ridge, Rockland County and since 2002 we have had the problem of water entering of basement. From then, my wife and I have been interviewing different basement waterproofing companies. We would take notice on politeness, knowledge, and other factors before coming to a decision. We had met with about eight different water proofing companies including Mid-Atlantic, Vulcan, American Dry Basements, Bonded and Value-Dry. By far the professionals from Basement Systems Of New York were a cut above the rest. Dale Giraudin was polite and very knowledgeable. The crew (led by the foreman, Martin) was on time everyday and did a fantastic job. Not only did they do great work, but Martin explained everything in detail that had to be done. I was also impressed with the way they prepared my house by covering the floors and furniture in our living room area and the basement. Since we had the waterproofing done not one drop of water has entered our basement We would highly recommend Basement Systems of New York to anyone. Please use us as a reference.
