At first, when the project started I was skeptical as to how well it would treat the problem. Throughout the process, Martin kept me apprised of everything that was being done, as well as explaining why they were going to do something a certain way. Martin and his crew truly cared about fixing the issues that had been identified in my crawl space. The entire project took several days to complete, but the work is superb and I am extremely happy with the work. I recommend the Basement Systems of New York over other companies due to my experience with them on this project. 

I am a widow who wants to sell my house but not with the water problem. I feel that Martin and his crew did an excellent job. They worked very hard while being courteous and mature. I would recommend you to anyone who has a problem. Keep up the good work!!!
