What made you choose our company:

Reputation. On another note, please don't ask your staff to try to sell the annual maintenance service so much, literally everyone brings it up and it grows tiresome to hear about it over and over. I run my own business and I understand the value added income that the service brings you, but allow staff the common sense not to bring it up based on reading the customer. 24 hours after installation I found that i could shake one of the support column because the nut was never tightened and was about 2 inches from the lock plate. I called to ask that someone come out and secure it, and the first words out of the service manager's mouth was about the annual service you offer. That is the last thing a customer wants to hear after spending so much money to find the job not fully completed. I realize you probably expect him to push the service, but not all interactions merit the pitch. We understand that shit happens and we knew you guys would take care of it, you come by your reputation from good work and we are happy to recommend your company to all. Give the folks in the field discretion to sometimes leave the pitch by the wayside Thanks and have a great holiday!
