Joel Desjardin completed our regular servicing to check all components. He also informed us of the company's recent "policy change", if you will, about needing to replace our system's pumps after the seven year mark. He explained that they have noticed a pattern of problems with these systems after the seven year mark and that the company had decided in 2023 to advise customers of this. While it is not "required", it is appreciated that he wanted us to be aware of what concerns have presented in the past and the reason for the recommended replacements. Very good people skills, friendly and efficient, up front and to the point. Great guy, great service.
