I was very impressed with the care and service provided by Derek. There are multiple interconnected systems in my mother-in-laws house that she purchased from the original owner who did not fully disclose the work done and need for maintenance. Derek did a fantastic job to map out the systems, water flow and performed a complete system clean-out - better than any previous. We now understand the systems and have a far greater hope that water is draining properly. We would recommend Derek's work!!

What made you choose our company:
My mother-in-law purchased this home with the system already installed but insufficiently explained. The previous owner, supposedly a plumber, did all his own clean-outs and there was no service record. As a result, the system was ignored for more than 3 years and was a mess. We reconnected with Advanced Basement and Derek was the first technician to really give us confidence that the system was clean and working again.
