This Basement was used for storage and all of the home owner’s belongings were getting wet! We came in and installed a full perimeter of WaterGuard, CleanSpace Walls, and a SuperSump Sump pump to keep this basement and the things stored in it dry for years to come!

This homes basement had been finished, but after years, the drywall has damp spots, and the carpet gets soggy when heavy rains come. The homeowners pulled off a portion of the drywall where the problem was at it's worst and found the foundation wall had horizontal cracks and water coming through. They called up John's Waterproofing to get the space waterproofed and refinished. 

Cleanspace Basement wall system is a great way to dry and brighten up your basement. It acts as a moisture barrier and will channel any water or moisture that seeps in through the porous basement walls into the WaterGuard system. Preventing it from ever hitting your basement floors. The inorganic material is made so that mold can not grow on it. This system keeps your basement dry and healthy for years to come. 

This old homes electrical was all still original from when it was built, thus it was outdated. As time progressed, home appliances began needing more amperage to run smoothly, and other panels had been added. However, wanting to simplify their panel, and have it all be updated, they called up John's Electrical. Our electrician arrived and upgraded the entire set up.  

This homes downspouts had a slight extender, but it was just dumping water in the yard, causing the yard to flood and water mold to grow in the downspout tube. To address this issue we dug a trench along the side of the home, extended the downspout into the ground and installed a pipe system to safely send the water away from the foundation to a LawnScape outlet.
