This home had an old sump pump, but it couldn't handle the water leaks. Water leaked through in other spots of the basement and waterproof paint wasn't a long term solution. The homeowner was having an inspection done. The inspector suggested they get their crawlspace sealed due to the fiberglass insulation falling to bits. 

This homes crawlspace had humidity issues and a very muddy floor, which made keeping a 6 Mil vapor barrier in place, very difficult. To address the homes needs we did a full encapsulation.
