Most of the year this basement was functional, though rather unsightly. Heavy rains brought moisture inside in the winters making the homeowner afraid to use the space at all. Our crew came in and installed Waterguard and BrightWall Panels which made the basement dry and usable. Not to mention it looked much better.

This Garage and crawlspace were taking on tons of water due to the lack of drainage in the driveway. We came out and Installed our Trench Drain system, which will collect the water and discharge it away from the home. By installing The ThermalDry Wall System in this basement, we prevent moisture from seeping in and causing issues like smells, mold and rotting. When installed properly with WaterGuard it will also channel the water into the WaterGuard drain system and out of your basement. ThermalDry has a reflective surface along with bubble wrap like material to help reflect and keep heat in the basement keeping it dry and warm.
