To dry up this basement we installed our interior basement drainage system called Waterguard. The Waterguard was then connected to a TripleSafe Sump pump which then pumps the water out of the basement and away from the home. We then installed Thermaldry Basement Wall System. Thermaldry is a vapor barrier for your basement walls. The barrier also reflects heat back into the basement helping to keep it comfortable. This system will keep this basement dry for years to come.
We installed our interior basement waterproofing system Waterguard in this basement, which is then connected to a sump pump to pump the water out of the system. In this case, we installed the Supersump in this customer's home. This sump pump will be able to keep up with the amount of water pumping into it and will keep this basement dry for years to come.
This home had a basement with leaking foundation walls. For years they had been applying a waterproof paint over the walls, but the water kept coming back. The homeowners were ready for a long term solution, and turned to John's Waterproofing.
This basement had water coming in, the homeowners quickly boxed and bagged up the items in the space and moved it to the portion that had remained dry. They called up John's Waterproofing to get a free inspection and estimate to see how they could solve this problem. We installed a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system to grade the collected water to a TripleSafe sump pump. The walls then had BrightWall paneling installed to keep any wall moisture directed down into the drain system to be dispelled. To complete the job we installed a SaniDry Dehumidifier.
This homeowners basement was used as a utility space and general storage. The walls had cracked old waterproof paint, and water seeped in along the floor, leading to musty and damp odors throughout. To get the space to be usable and enjoy a semi-finished look, the homeowners called up John's Waterproofing. We installed a full interior drainage system using our WaterGuard, which will collect and channel the water to the newly installed TripleSafe sump pump. Along the walls we then installed our BrightWall paneling which is shingled into the new drain system so any moisture or water is safely collected. BrightWall is a waterproof material which will not mold or mildew, and brightens the space, giving it a semi-finished look once fully installed. To finish the project we installed a SaniDry dehumidifier.
