This older home had its original electrical panel still in use. To get the system up to code, the homeowner called up John's Waterproofing. Our electrical division went out and traced and ran the lines, mapping out the cords appropriately. We then tested the system and it was good to go. This panel is now up to date and the home has open circuits should they wish to add more electrical components in the future.  

This homeowner was struggling with water in her basement. She even had to remove portions of her wall due to moisture.  Our crew came in and installed our patented Waterguard system before finishing the space with these beautiful Zen Wall panels. Now she will never have to worry about water or mold issues in her basement again, and will have a great finished guest bedroom. 

This home had it's basement finished, however it had not been waterproofed. As the years went by, they began to notice that they had water issues seeping through, they removed portions of their walls to find the issue and discovered their fiberglass insulation was absorbing all of the water from the foundation walls and now needed their waterproofing problem to be fixed. Our crew removed all of the old damaged work, added in a WaterGuard system with a TripleSafe Sump pump and installed our ThermalDry Wall System. 

This basement area was once a dirty place for the water heater. Our team fixed their leaky walls, installed ThermalDry and a Sump Pump. This ugly, dark area was once dreaded. Now it is not only beautiful but has provided the family with more living space and functionality. It's amazing what a transformation wall systems can make
