I am looking at buying a new home and this one had water issues in the crawl space. I had the sales guy do a full inspection and walk through the whole project with me. In the end I didn't buy this house, but I really appreciated his patience with me and all the help he was able to provide. I will call him again for the next house I end up looking at.

I needed a full crawl space overall. Talking about water system with a sump pump, dehumidifier, new insulation, the whole thing. They got this done with their encapsulation, its working great.

Had John's out to look at my foundation since I didn't know if it was stable or not. The sales guy came out, checking it over, and let me know everything was fine. It was such a relief to hear. If I ever need work I will definitely be calling them up again. I respect companies that are honest.
