One of our System Designs Specialists, Darrin, went to the home for a free crawl space estimate, and after inspection, presented a solution for crawl space encapsulation to the homeowner. The homeowner accepted and proceeded with the work from Olympic Restoration Systems. Our Production Team removed debris, regraded the soild, installed a drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, Smart Sump sump pump, Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier, and closed off all outside air into the crawl space.
