This customer was having water issues in their basement. They wanted a solution to keep the water off the stairs, as well as the basement floor. They had a construction company at their home doing other drainage work for them as well.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their basement. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with basement waterproofing and a sump pump for their basement.

This customer called because there was a leak coming into her home that caused water damage and suspected mold growth. After obtaining a mold protocol from assesser, we sent one of our System Designs Specialists and licensed mold remediators, Darrin, to the property for a free waterproofing estimate. Darrin identified the source of the leak, and proposed a waterproofing solution to keep further water damage from occuring. The homeowner accepted the proposal and proceeded with the waterproofing from Olympic Restoration Systems. Our Production Team went to the property and set up mold containment, removed the damaged and moldy drywall and flooring while runnning a HEPA vacuum, cleaned with antimicrobial, and installed PermaFlex to the floors and walls to prevent further water damage.
