This customer had some plumbing issues causing them to contact a plumbing contractor. While fixing their plumbing issues, the contractor informed the customer that their crawl space was very wet. He suggested that they needed to do something to take care of that issue. The customer just installed new hardwood floors and did not want them to be ruined by a moisture problem in the crawl space. The customer wanted to know more about installing an encapsulation system and having debris removed from the crawl space.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their home. One of our System Designs Specilist assessed the crawl space and proposed a soltution for encapsulating the crawl space and preventing future moisture issues. The customer was pleased with the proposal and proceeded with an encapsulation system from Olympic Restoration Systems.

Removal of mold and application of antimicrobial solution to prevent further mold growth.

Customer identified mold in walls surrounding freezers in their store. Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted to do the remediation work, before and after pictures of walls that had mold contamination.

Application of the Mold-X2 Cleaner and Botanical to kill and remove mold as well as prevent further mold growth in the crawl space.

Application of antimircrobial solution onto wood in crawl space to clean and prevent mold growth.
