This homeowner called after she noticed potential mold growth in her crawl space. She was concerned that the mold in the crawl space could make its way into the home, causing musty odors and poor air quality. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Darrin, to the property for a free crawl space inspection and estimate. Darrin found evidence of moisture issues in the crawl space that could lead to mold growth and many other humidity issues within the home. He presented a solution that involved encapsulating the crawl space and closing off outside air to create a conditioned space.
