He came on time and did everything to meet our schedule. He even came back when the insulation guys were here to make sure everything went well. Thank you for getting him to help us; we understand he would normally have his crew do the "heavy lifting" but he did it with a smile on his face in a room that was close to 100 degrees. The service performed by Cole Speer of Specialty Environmental was the best. Cole was able to come to my home to take a sample very shortly after making contact.  The report was thorough and provided to us within a couple of days of his visit and the cost was reasonable. As a Realtor, I wouldn't hesitate to refer Cole and this company to any of my clients and friends!

Blake and the Specialty Environmental group were responsive, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended. I reached out about the AeroBarrier Treatment for my 1908 home to help with drafts and infiltration. We completed laying plastic and other prep, Blake and Specialty reviewed our work and gave us tips to ensure things were prepared correctly. We removed trim and some flooring and the house ended up being so leaky it required additional sealing with foam and caulk to start the process. We took the home from 20 ACH50 to 2.3 ACH50, decreasing infiltration/ drafts 10x.  A highly effective energy saving measure for home remodeling, happy to recommend Blake and specialty to anyone interested in this treatment.    Noah J

Project was to test and evaluate asbestos risks.  Top rated for quality, service and value.  Cole was easy to deal with. Quick and efficient. They had the results within the time he said. Fortunately the test results were negative, so that made me extra happy.
