North Point Radon routed this radon mitigation system through the utility area, blending it with the  existing HVAC and other piping for a clean and professional instillation.

North Point Radon encapsulated this crawlspace and installed a radon mitigation system. Encapsulating the crawlspace creates a sealed barrier between the soil and the home while still allowing the radon mitigation system to vent the gas from under vapor barrier to the exterior.

North Point Radon was called out after the homeowner noticed the system wasn't functioning and the manometer was reading zero,meaning there was no airflow. After replacing the fan the manometer was showing proper airflow!

North Point Radon did an outdoor radon dig to install a suction pit for proper sub-slab depressurization. This allow radon gas to be pulled from under the slab to lower radon exposure inside the home.

North Point Radon installed an exterior radon mitigation system from the basement out to the exterior of the home and vented above the roof.
