North Point Radon routed this radon mitigation system through the utility area, blending it with the  existing HVAC and other piping for a clean and professional instillation.

North Point Radon encapsulated this crawlspace and installed a radon mitigation system. Encapsulating the crawlspace creates a sealed barrier between the soil and the home while still allowing the radon mitigation system to vent the gas from under vapor barrier to the exterior.

Our team installed an exterior radon mitigation system on this property. The homeowner opted for the system to be painted to blend in with the home.

North Point Radon came in and replaced radon mitigation fan.  We upgraded the system piping to improve airflow, efficiency, and long-term radon reduction.

North Point Radon was called out after the homeowner noticed the system wasn't functioning and the manometer was reading zero,meaning there was no airflow. After replacing the fan the manometer was showing proper airflow!
