Sump Pump Installation in Princeton, IN

Here, you can see the old sump pump system before the installation team replaced it.  The pump does not have a lid, which created a bad situation--when the pump became overwhelmed, it simply allowed the water to pour out on top of the liner!

In the second picture, you can see that the installation team has completed the installation of a cast-iron Zoeller® sump pump with a reliable liner, a sump alarm, and a battery back up system.  The SmartSump and the CleanSpace are designed to fit together in a way that keep moisture in the pump, not on top of the liner.

Crawl Space Encapsulated in Haubstadt, IN

Our customer contacted us to encapsulate his crawlspace as well as do mold remediation! Our customer knows the importance of encapsulation as it helps with sealing the earth from the comfort of your home. Encapsulation creates a dry and controlled environment which helps with moisture, mold , pests and poor air quality!

Our solution to help our customer is we installed clean space which is a 20 mil thick polyester plastic liner to seal off the home from the earth. The liner will last as long as your home. This clean space liner prevents water from permeating up from the floor from the soil. As well as also draining from the floor to the sump location. We installed a Smart Sump Pump System that has an airtight lid, a wired alarm, and comes with a drain that drains water from top of the clean space liner. We also installed our Sedona dehumidifier.

Crawlspace Entry Restoration in Fort Branch, IN

Most crawlspaces have an entry like this.  A large open space that allows all sorts of undesirable stuff inside--critters, moisture, mold, and more.  The solution that commonly occurs is haphazard at best.  Plywood covering the entrance quickly warps and molds.  Leaving the entrance uncovered is an invitation for an infestation.  Blocking the entrance permenantly isn't possible either.

The team at Healthy Spaces installed an Everlast Crawlspace Door, which is constructed of rigid, durable plastic that won't discolor, warp, or mold.  It sits flush to the entrance, which prevents water intrusion.  In addition to the Everlast door, the team installed a new access well, which will further protect the crawlspace from entryway flooding.

Crawl Space Door in Evansville, IN

After your crawl space is repaired, we know you will take every measure to keep it in perfect shape. Now that there's no moisture from the earth creeping into your crawl space, it is the perfect time to seal off your crawl space door to keep all conditioned air inside. Leaky crawl space access doors will let cold air in the winter and humid air in the summer, causing condensation, mold, and rot in your crawl space. If you have a wood access door, it will eventually rot and warp and are not tough enough to keep paint on in the damp environment near the ground.

A snug-fitting all-plastic door that stops air and moisture from entering is the answer. This EverLast crawl space door we installed at this Evansville, IN home seals off outside air, last in the damp environment near the ground, and will look great for years to come. Another great thing about the EverLast door is that it will keep outside air out, never need paint, and never rust or rot.
