This is a two-point system one point will be exiting via the sump pit in waterproof storage room and a second point will be connected to this into the adjacent bedroom. The sump will need to be sealed and the team recommended taking a look at the second sump that they have. It was checked and sealed up perfectly fine and didn't need to do anything else with it. Homeowner was also looking into an ERV option but is currently out of the budget and also with doing some additional research on our free DC filter might be worth it than paying extra. The installation went well.
An Ecoblue monitoring device was retrieved from a nearly new home with radon levels at 13. A passive system was present, inconspicuously marked near the sump. The homeowner expressed interest in duct cleaning, understanding the importance of quality service. Due to the radon level, a second extraction point was recommended, strategically placed in the unfinished utility area for potential basement finishing. The homeowners plan to reach out for further services as they consider mitigating potential dirty air from nearby construction.

This installation was a simple 1-point system where we can run the extraction point from the plumbing stack and route it over to where their jar events are venting out. The client also lets the team know that there's some pump was not working and was looking to just have us complete that when we sealed it up. She had a radon test and returned with high levels. She is concerned for her kids and family's well-being.
