The client contacted us to make their basement safe so their kids can sleep down there with additional protection from radon exposure.

A family was planning to sell their home but realized that their radon levels were too high. They booked Radon Defense Midwest, and the team was able to install a radon mitigation system within a few days. The family was pleased that they could continue with their plans to sell their home without any delay and had peace of mind knowing that they were providing a safe home for the new owners.

This home had a wide and open basement which is definitely ready for a radon mitigation installation. It was under renovation so the homeowner decided to have a it installed before the home closes in August for a full blast repair. Turned out pretty great. 

This installation was for a nice couple who recently purchased this home and developed allergies in the long run. They had their home tested for radon and turned out 9.5 pCi/L which is really high. So they were concerned about the health effects and maybe the allergies were the starting symptoms -- that lead them contacting us to have an estimate. We proposed a system to be installed in their spiral staircase going down to the basement. Installation went well and for the whole experience, they were a jolly couple who was satisfied with our work from start to finish!

This couple was really about their home's radon levels because it reached a point of twenty! That is highly alarming, they wanted to have a radon mitigation system installed right there and then. The team was able to fit them in their best convenient time and everything went well.
