The radon levels of this customer were just a little over the safe range but they still decided to get a radon mitigation system for their home to be protected. They did say that it's better to be safe than sorry!
This home will be soon up for sale but the owner's realtor didn't agree to post it unless it has a radon mitigation system. They had the home tested but regardless of having a low radon level (4.2 pCi/L), it is now a requirement to mitigate for the safety of others.
Cole and Jordan did a fabulous job installing this mitigation system for a customer that was concerned about their high radon levels.

Since radon gas comes up into our homes through the soil, crawlspaces with exposed dirt need to be sealed off. This one in Auburn was a wrap with our 20 mil poly cleanspace to prevent radon from coming up into the home.
