Andy, a homeowner near Village Pointe, discussed construction details during our meeting. His newer home, close to Village Pointe, has code concerns he frequently mentions. Andy, disabled and unable to work, shared about his family, including a 3-year-old daughter with a lung disease. He purchased a consumer CRM, indicating fluctuating levels between 2 and 10, with an average of 7. The unfinished basement, used for storage and a woodshop, poses challenges for accessing pre-cut concrete. Despite this, Andy, restoring a classic car, expressed confidence in sealing the concrete. Planning to core through the foundation wall, Andy mentioned potential changes to the air filter system.
This was a repeat client of ours with her other homes in other cities in Nebraska. She specifically requested to have the radon mitigation system installed in this home at the back corner if possible. The team tried their best to draft the most ideal layout for the client's demand and they were able to meet in the middle about the design. It was simple install, nothing too fancy. The client's purpose is to have every home she attains protected from radon exposure and anyone who will stay there won't have health concerns in the future. Guilt removed!
Lance and Cole did a great job with this mitigation install.
Since radon gas comes up into our homes through the soil, crawlspaces with exposed dirt need to be sealed off. This one in Auburn was a wrap with our 20 mil poly cleanspace to prevent radon from coming up into the home.
Andrew and Jordan did a great job installing this exterior mitigation system for our customers.
